

MENTAL HEALTH
This is the list I created for myself to help me mange my own depression and anxiety.
It helps me feel at least 1% less shit, every time.
I am currently trying to add more fun chapters to my life, but I had a very dark book in the beginning.
I was diagnosed with CPTSD, I was suicidal as a child, was a cutter as teen, and spent 10 years of my life in a sexual assault trial against a serial predator.

I have not cut myself since January 10th 2010, and I no longer wish to end my life. I won my trial.
But whenever depression or self harm desires come to visit me - I go through this list.

You will notice many items here are physical self care. This is because I noticed that
neglecting my body's basic needs made my depression even worse. Of course.
Even though everyone knows this already, sometimes doing these basic things can be hard anyway.
Print it out and keep it somewhere visible. Hope this helps someone who needs it.
